Welcome to BellaBeary Hollow! By using this website and making a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Products & Orders

We offer two types of products:

  • Handmade Teddy Bears – Lovingly crafted, one-of-a-kind plush bears. 
  • PDF Sewing Patterns – Digital downloads for making your own teddy bears.

By purchasing from us, you agree to use our products for personal or small-scale home business use only. Premade bears are not for resale or redistribution.

2. Payment & Processing

  • All payments are processed securely via PayPal.
  • Orders must be paid in full before they are shipped or before digital patterns are available for download.
  • We do not have access to or store your payment details.

3. Shipping & Delivery (For Physical Items)

  • Handmade teddy bears are shipped via [your chosen shipping method] and include tracking.
  • Shipping times vary based on location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses.

4. Refunds & Returns

Handmade Teddy Bears:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
  • Returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, but return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

PDF Sewing Patterns (Digital Downloads):

  • All digital downloads are non-refundable. Once purchased, you will receive instant access to your pattern.
  • If you have trouble downloading your pattern, please contact us for assistance.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All patterns, designs, and content on this website are copyrighted Bella Katella, LLC and may not be resold, shared, or distributed.
  • You may use our patterns to make teddy bears for personal use or small-scale handmade sales (please credit BellaBeary Hollow when selling items made from our patterns).
  • Mass production, factory manufacturing, or digital redistribution of our patterns is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability

  • Our teddy bears are designed for collectors and gentle play. They may contain small parts and are not recommended for children under 5 years old. or children that still put toys and things in their mouth.
  • BellaBeary Hollow is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses related to the use of our products.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Please check back for any changes.
